3.1 Product Descriptions

We strive to accurately display and describe our products, which include new and used golf clubs (drivers, fairway woods, hybrids, irons, putters), club sets, golf bags, headcovers, tools, and accessories. However, we do not guarantee that colors or details on your screen will be perfectly accurate. Product availability is subject to change.

3.2 Product Categories and Specific Conditions

Based on our menu and offerings:

  • New Golf Equipment: Includes items from categories like Driver, Fairway Wood, Hybrid, Iron Set, Putter, Golf Bags & Travel Gear, Accessories, etc., sold as new.
  • Used Golf Clubs: All items in the “Used Golf Clubs” category are sold “AS-IS”. They are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or incorrect upon delivery (see Section 7).
  • Custom/Personalized Items: Any clubs custom-fitted or personalized (e.g., from All Golf Clubs, Club Set) are FINAL SALE.
  • Tools & Opened Software: Tools with broken seals are FINAL SALE.
  • Clearance/Final Sale Items: Marked as such and are non-returnable.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation email upon receipt. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send a shipment confirmation.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. You authorize us to charge the total amount, including shipping and taxes (if applicable), to your chosen payment method. Payment must be cleared before order processing begins.

4.3 Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Region: We ship globally but cannot deliver to some remote regions and parts of Asia. You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is valid and accessible.

Processing & Delivery Times:

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping Methods:
    • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
    • Free Shipping: Automatically applied to orders over $50. Via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control. A tracking number will be emailed upon shipment.

4.4 Taxes and Duties

You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country. These are not included in the product or shipping price.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

5.1 Eligibility Window

Requests for returns or exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.

5.2 Conditions for Return/Exchange

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.
  • In the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and protective materials.
  • Accompanied by a valid order number.

5.3 Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following are NOT eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used Golf Clubs (entire category).
  • Personalized/Custom-fitted items.
  • Opened software/tools (broken seal).
  • Used/Assembled Golf Bags & Travel Gear.
  • Clearance/Final Sale items.
  • Golf Bags that have been used or lack original protective packaging.

5.4 Return Process

  1. Contact Support: Email [email protected] within 15 days. Use subject “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number.
  2. Receive RMA: If approved, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Do not ship without an RMA.
  3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Clearly mark the RMA on the box. Ship to the authorized address (provided with RMA). You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  4. Inspection & Confirmation: We will inspect upon receipt and notify you via email.

5.5 Refunds

  • Timing: Initiated within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
  • Processing: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal).
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Store credit is available upon request.
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is at your expense unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).

5.6 Exchanges

We happily exchange eligible items for a different size, model, or color, subject to availability. The replacement will ship once we process your return. Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly.

5.7 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange a prepaid return label and prioritize sending a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
