We understand that sometimes a product may not be the perfect fit for your game. That’s why we offer a straightforward, customer-friendly returns and exchanges process designed to get you back on the course quickly.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Timeframe: Request must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product categories and to ensure safety and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Used Golf Clubs: All items from the “Used Golf Clubs” category are sold as-is and are final sale.
- Personalized or Custom-Ordered Items: Any product that has been customized, personalized, or built to specific specifications (e.g., custom-fitted clubs from “All Golf Clubs” or “Club Set” categories).
- Opened Software or Tools: Any “Tools” or software with broken seals.
- Golf Bags & Travel Gear: Only returnable if unused, with all protective packaging intact, and showing no signs of wear or assembly.
- Clearance or Final Sale Items: Any item explicitly marked as “Final Sale.”
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, all items must be returned in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use, damage not present at shipment, or missing components.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange process:
- Contact Our Support Team: Email us at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number.
- Receive Your RMA & Instructions: Our team will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Do not ship any item back without an RMA number.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, include all accessories and documentation. Place the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Ship the package to the address provided in your instructions.
- Wait for Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund or the processing of your exchange.

4. Refunds & Credits
Timing:
- Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5-7 business days of arrival at our facility), we will initiate your refund.
- Refund Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be posted to your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.
Method:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- If you used PayPal, the refund will be sent back to your PayPal account.
- Store credit is available upon request.
Deductions:
- The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
- For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item. Expedited shipping for exchanges is available at an additional cost.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
5. Exchanges
Need a different size, model, or color? We happily offer exchanges for eligible items.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- We will ship the replacement item as soon as we process your return. You will receive a new tracking number via email.
- If the item you wish to exchange for is of a different value, we will process a partial refund or charge the difference accordingly.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange a prepaid return label for you and prioritize sending a replacement at no extra cost, or process a full refund if preferred.
